There has been a popular tutorial for making your own {scratch-off paint} going around on {Pinterest}, but when I found {this tutorial} today on {oh, hello friend} I thought it was a much nicer way to create stationary with a scratch-off portion. So cool – I had no idea there was even a such thing as scratch-off stickers!
